That's a car battery. So 12, DC, at about 5-600 Amps-ish depending on temperature, charge etc… No threat to a high resistance object like a human body's epidermis. 12 Volts is not enough to induce a high current flow. (Yeah, the amp flow is what cooks you, but you need sufficient voltage to induce a high enough amperage flow first.)
