No Commentary in this one so yeah I was chasing a bounty and he went into the water and all of a sudden i just fall straight down into the water… so i try to take my car into the water thinking i could James Bond it to kill him but no so I just ran and made my way to kill him for the $9000.

it just randomly happened when I was chasing a bounty;
it just happened I was swimming and then just fell down into the water
yeah before started chasing him I saw a pirate ship that was split in half and a chest but I couldn't open it.
