The cathouse mission sucks since double money is gone on it only give 7 grand maybe a little more with someone else. Plus you didn't have to spend cash for chopper just call Lester to locate a chopper for free.

First Step by Los Santos Connection on Airfield.Destroy the Plane and Helicopter before he start, than go to Hangar and clear it :-)Look my last Video
Also after doing cleaning the cat house mission the first time, if you go to recent missions they spawn you really close to the objective.

If u want to max out how much u get get in a helicopter be afk until the notification that says u will be kicked in 13 mins do inactivity then go pick her up and finish, you'll get 24k
